Arusha airport transfers FAQ
The generally understood meaning of ‘return transfers’ is – A return booking includes both the transfer from *airport (*or other nominated place) to accommodation upon arrival and from accommodation to *airport on departure. Think of it in terms of booking flights – one way or return, same deal.
Private airport transfers are when you and your travel companions take pre-booked transportation to your destination. Typically you are met at the airport by a driver (drivers are the people you see holding signs with names on them outside of the baggage claim in the arrivals hall).
Your driver will be kept aware of your flight’s arrival time and will be waiting to pick you up whenever your flight does arrive—all at no extra charge.
We don’t charge for extra large luggage but appreciate being informed in advance to send a larger car if necessary.
You can cancel your booking at any time. If you are entitled, and your booking was prepaid, your refund is automatically issued back to the card used for payment.
