Accommodation: The lodge has 26 suite rooms, including one wheelchair-accessible, spread across 13 double cottages. Each suite room has a seating area, a large closet, two large beds (a king and a queen), mosquito netting, a fireplace, a private verandah, a writing desk and chair, and a private bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower and a slipper bath tub. Three separate family suites with six adjoining rooms each, sleeping up to four people per suite (8 people when connected), are available at the lodge. Location: The distance from Karatu Simba Lodge to each of these game viewing locations is only 30 minutes by car. It is situated outside of Karatu town, close to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area forest in Rhotia, and halfway between Lake Manyara National Park and Lodoare, the gate into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Karatu Simba offers a glimpse of life that can only be found in rural Tanzania thanks to its neighborhood of the Iraqw tribe and farmland setting.

 Accommodation: There are 13 guest tents at Karatu Simba Lodge, which is located on pastoral farmland.
